Who We Are

Jeff Czarnec was a Manchester, New Hampshire police officer for 23 years. After retiring from the force he became the chairman of Criminal Justice at Hesser College in Nashua, New Hampshire. Jeff has a Ph. D. in Criminal Justice and is currently working on a Doctor of Arts in Leadership. Rachel Goguen has worked for the Massachusetts Department of Correction for over 20 years. From 1996 through the present she has been a college professor at various colleges. She has recently earned her Ph. D. in Criminal Justice. Francis Holland has been an attorney for 38 years. He attended Boston University Law School and Williams College. He is a member of the Nashua and New Hampshire Bar Association.
